We welcome companies from the abroad to participate in VI International specialized fair on electronics for transport and transport infrastructure "Electronica-Transport 2012", which is to take place in Moscow, Russian Federation, on 14-16 May 2012!
The key feature of the event - gathering in one place specialists on control systems and electronics for metro, railways, city public and commercial transport. It is a unique chance to share experience and to discuss common problems.
The fair is held alongside with MAP GET ElectroTrans 2012 and CityBus-2012 exhibitions, is supported by Russian Transport Ministry, State Duma (Parliament) Transport Committy, International Association Metro. Its prime partner is International Transport Award Golden Chariot.
Nowadays the obsolete dispatch, control, security and communications systems in Russian transport infrastructure face a great demand in intensive implementation of modern electronics. The market of electronic equipment for transport estimates as 2,0 billion USD and has an annual growth 10-30% depending on the type of equipment.
Distinctive features of transport electronics are:
- high reliability, safety, modularity,
- mechanical and climatic stability.
Specific features for Russian transport (also vital on the territory of Baltic and CIS states):
- low temperature (up to -50oC) and dust stand up

The aims of "Electronica-Transport" fair are:
- To provide the customers from public and commercial auto transport, railways devisions, CIS city metros and electric public transport, transport
infrastructure with up-to-date information in the field of on-board electronics, control, communication, navigation, inforamtion and safety systems. - To suggest prove and reliable electronic components, modules and software for developers and manufacturers of systems, vehicle building and repair plants and allied industries.
"Electronica-Transport" is a unique event for engineers and technical experts in the field of development, manufacture and running of electronics and automation control equipment on all types of transport. It is the first specialized fair on the territory of Russia and CIS countries. The number of visitors in 2012 is estimated as 3 000 from more than 500 enterprises.
